Rhiannan is a fully independent buyer’s agent helping people purchase property across Sydney’s Inner West and Inner City, whether they’re buying a first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing. Having bought her own first properties in her twenties, she knows first-hand how overwhelming the process can be, especially when you’re doing it on your own. That experience drew her to the industry.

Rhiannan spent years learning the skills at some of Sydney’s leading buyer’s agencies, sharpening her skills in sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and auction bidding, and building the relationships and market knowledge that clients now rely on. She brought all of that together when she started her own buyer’s agency, Sourced Property.

Today, Rhiannan sources, assesses, and negotiates properties on her clients’ behalf. She works directly with every client from the first conversation through to settlement. She lives in the Inner West and works from her office in Glebe.

Meighan Wells is the Founder and Director of Property Pursuit Advisors, one of Brisbane’s longest-standing buyer’s agencies. She has spent more than 22 years as a buyer’s agent and has been a member of REBAA since 2013.

Her path into the profession is unusually broad. She began her career in corporate consulting, then worked as a sales agent before moving fully to the buyer’s side of the table. That experience shapes how she negotiates and advises today, and it has carried her through many market cycles and the judgement that comes with reading changing conditions.

Meighan has long invested in the wider industry. She served four years as REIQ Buyers Agent Chapter Chair, where she helped launch the first Buyers Agent Chapter breakfast, an event still running today. She has worked within the REIQ to lobby for stronger legislative recognition of the profession, and she has coached and developed many buyer’s agents over the years.

She is also committed to educating buyers, having created a first home buyer course and co-hosting a podcast for first home buyers.

A REIQ Fellow and member of REBAA and PIPA, Meighan brings tenure, standards, and a genuine commitment to members to the Queensland role.

Peter established Resolve Property Solutions in early 2020 as his passion for property and development led him to pursue his goal of becoming an independent buyer’s agent.

Since establishing Resolve Property Solutions, he has helped buy over 320 million dollars’ worth of properties for his clients.

Peter has also been involved with property development within a family business, undertaking quality construction of new home and multi dwelling projects.  This experience has led to the knowledge of what is required to successfully buy and execute multi dwelling projects and attention to detail for building your dream home.
