A warm REBAA welcome to our newest member Spring Buyers Agency on the NSW Central Coast. Licensees Linda Johnson and Michelle Tucker met early in their careers and found themselves aligned with a similar vision. Spring Buyers Agency was founded in an effort to make a measurable difference to buyers through seamless navigation of the market, unbiased property advice and the intention to make industry support accessible to all buyers.
With over 30 years’ experience in various sectors of the property industry, the pair bring an extensive and diverse industry perspective to their work. Widely known on the Central Coast for their real estate expertise, local area knowledge and expansive network of contacts, Linda and Michelle are a strategic source when it comes to buying property.
Starting her career with LJ Hooker Terrigal, Michelle spend nine years focused on marketing and property sales in one of the leading sales agencies within the company. As a founding member of Central Real, Michelle expanded her qualifications into brand creation and market positioning for one of the most recognisable property developers on the Central Coast.
Linda also began her career in residential sales and spent 10 years as a successful selling agent in one of Australia’s most iconic and desirable locations – Bondi Beach. She has held senior leadership positions working as Director of Operations with Raine & Horne Bondi Beach, Head of Residential Sales with LJ Hooker Lower North Shore, and most recently General Manager with the Australian operation of LINK Franchising, the largest business brokerage firm in the world.
There is no doubt Linda and Michelle’s residential sales experience gives them both an in-depth understanding of both sides of the real estate transaction to the benefit of their clients.
