Ironbark Property Advocates was established in 2021 with a focus on exceptional client service and principled buyer representation. Alice McKenna, Founder and Director of Ironbark Property Advocates, is a qualified lawyer and worked as a solicitor for five years prior to her first being employed as a buyer’s advocate in 2017. Her attention to detail, ethics, analytical skills, court room advocacy experience and personable nature transferred seamlessly from legal representation to buyer advocacy.

Alice now has over eight years of experience as a buyer’s advocate and buyer’s agent and is an expert in buyer representation, operating across Melbourne and regional Victoria. It is her view that independent representation in a real estate purchase is as important as independent representation in a legal matter. In fact, there is often more at stake in a property transaction!

Ironbark Property Advocates represents home buyers wishing to increase their efficiency and secure their ideal property at the best price, on the best terms. Ironbark will complete a full search process, or simply handle the negotiation and/or auction for a property selected by a client managing their own search.
