Ironbark Property Advocates was established in 2021 with a focus on exceptional client service and principled buyer representation. Alice McKenna, Founder and Director of Ironbark Property Advocates, is a qualified lawyer and practised law for five years prior to becoming an employee buyer’s advocate in 2017. Her attention to detail, ethics, analytical skills, court room advocacy experience and personable nature transferred seamlessly from legal representation to buyer advocacy.

Alice now has five years of experience as a buyer’s advocate and is an expert in buyer representation, operating across Melbourne and regional Victoria. It is her view that independent representation in a real estate transaction is as important as independent representation in a legal matter. In fact, there is often more at stake in a property transaction!

Ironbark Property Advocates represents home buyers and investors wishing to increase their efficiency and secure property at the best price, on the best terms.
