Her professional foundation is not agency, it is development. Amanda’s career began in senior corporate strategy roles, including with L’Oreal, before she moved into property development and investment across Australia and internationally, working as a renovator, homeowner and investor in her own right.
That mix of experience, corporate discipline paired with hands-on development, shapes the Vendee Elite Property Acquisition Protocol (VEPAP), a nine-step forensic acquisition methodology applied across every client engagement.
Amanda has overseen more than $100 million in property transactions and holds current REIQ Individual and Corporate licences.
