As a Sydney-based Buyers Agent with nearly 20 years experience, Henny is well known for her knowledge and passion for property, her great instincts and sound advice. Henny has meticulous attention to the smallest of details and has the ability to extract valuable information from all kinds of sources to help her clients secure the property of their choice. Diligent and extremely responsive, Henny is infinitely willing to go the extra mile for her clients and always has their best interest in mind. Her significant experience in building, renovating and managing properties is a great asset to her clients.
A respected, straight talking property expert, Henny is sought after by the media to discuss various real estate topics and to dispel myths in her typical no-nonsense style.
Prior to real estate, Henny started out in consulting for Accenture as well as in marketing for Microsoft. Henny also worked for over four years with the United Nations in New York and the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. where she had the opportunity to work extensively in Africa and Asia.
Henny holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of International Relations from Macquarie University, where she graduated with the top award for achieving a perfect GPA. Henny is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW and a Justice of the Peace.
In addition to English, Henny also speaks Chinese (Mandarin), Indonesian and rusty French.
Bryan Loughnan, Treasurer

Bryan is an integral part of Propertyology’s leadership team with a career in property spanning over 20 years. With an initial interest in becoming a skilled property valuer, Bryan graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2004 with a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in property economics.
Bryan refined his property knowledge during a 10-year banking career, including invaluable exposure to high-end property finance and portfolio management with both Suncorp Metway and ANZ Bank. Over the years, Bryan has been actively involved with the development of portfolios and has overseen growth strategies for numerous property and business clients.
Bryan was the 2019 REIQ Buyer’s Agent of the Year. He has been an integral part of Propertyology winning the 2016 REIQ Small Residential Agency of the Year Award and being inducted into the REIQ Hall of Fame after winning the 2020, 2021 and 2022 Buyer’s Agency of the Year Awards.
Bronwen Stacey, Secretary

Bronwen is an experienced buyer’s agent based on the Sunshine Coast, with a career spanning over 15 years in property-focused roles within leading professional services firms both in Australia and internationally. These roles encompassed the planning, architecture, engineering, landscape architecture and interior design sectors. This extensive background has given her deep insights into property consulting and a comprehensive understanding of the broader property market.
Growing up in a family of town planners and architects, Bronwen developed an early appreciation for the property industry, making her first real estate purchases in her early 20s. After relocating to Noosa in 2013, she saw a growing demand for expert buyer representation in the region, leading her to establish Home Scouts five years ago. Today, Home Scouts offers personalised services to clients buying homes or investment property or relocating across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, with a mission to reduce client’s risk, save time, and ensure a smooth purchasing process.
In addition to running her business, Bronwen is committed to advancing the buyer’s agent profession by contributing to REBAA. She is also a certified Property Investment Adviser with the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA), reflecting her dedication to ethical and informed property investment advice.
Michael Ossitt, Operations Officer

Michael is a Sydney-based property industry professional, having worked in construction, design, development and investment since 1999. After moving from the UK to Australia in 2005, Michael pursued his passion for property investment and renovation and has personally acquired a multi-million-dollar portfolio of residential property, diversified across several states. A qualified architectural engineer, he now draws on those years of personal and professional experience to dedicate his time to help others also achieve financial security and a desired lifestyle through strategic property buying.
His business, STRAND Property Group, is located in Frenchs Forest and has been helping busy professionals save time, stress and money when buying their next home or investment property on the Northern Beaches since 2016.
Michael is also a dedicated Committee Member of the REINSW Buyer’s Agents Chapter and is actively involved in raising the profile and understanding of buyer’s agents, promoting best practice guidelines, and lobbying government for increased training requirements to improve standards across the industry.
