REBAA would like to congratulate Janet Spencer from Buyer Solutions, who has been crowned Victoria’s Buyer’s Agent of the Year for the 2020 Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Awards for Excellence.
For the first time ever, the winners list was announced via an interactive digital magazine last week.
Janet has now been a finalist nine times (years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2020) and a winner six times (years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2020).
Speaking after the awards ceremony Janet said: “I am very excited to receive this year’s 2020 REIV Award for Excellence in the Buyer’s Agent Category.
“Whilst there was no official ceremony this year, I have with me my award from 2018 and this will add to my awards from 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2016; so I will have received a total of six REIV Buyers Agent Awards. I presume my new award will be coming in the post soon.
“I would like to thank the wonderful team that supports me at Buyer Solutions, my specialist service providers that help support the business and of course the wonderful clients who trust me with their property purchases and sales.
“I would also like to acknowledge the other finalists and winners in all of the categories for this year’s 2020 REIV Awards for Excellence and I look forward to entering the 2021 REIA Awards.”
Congratulations also to REBAA member Melissa Opie from Keyhole Property Investments who was named a finalist in the category.
