Principal Buyer’s Agent, Kellie Landrey has worked in the property industry for almost 15 years and is a registered valuer and real estate agent in NSW and VIC. She holds an Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute (with Certified Practising Valuer status – AAPI), is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Real Estate Institute of NSW. Kellie also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
Prior to starting Scoutable, Kellie worked for Dixon Advisory as the Head of Acquisitions. Her primary role was sourcing and acquiring suitable investment-grade properties for their SMSF (Super Fund) clients. Over the last decade she has become a specialist in the inner city of Sydney, (properties within a 10km radius of the CBD including the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Beaches, Inner West and Inner City), while retaining a broad experience in all ranges of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
