Meet our Members - Kellie Landrey

Kellie Landrey has worked in the property industry for more than 15 years and founded Scoutable in Sydney in 2012. She is a registered valuer and licensed real estate agent in NSW and VIC.⠀

Prior to starting Scoutable, Kellie worked for Dixon Advisory as the Head of Acquisitions where she was responsible for sourcing and acquiring suitable investment-grade properties for their SMSF (Super Fund) clients. ⠀

Over the last decade she has become a specialist in the inner city markets of Sydney and Melbourne while retaining a broad experience in all ranges of residential, commercial and industrial properties. ⠀

Scoutable is an independent buyers agency which offers different levels of service, from viewing properties to bidding at auction on buyers’ behalf. As licensed valuers they can give you the confidence to guide you through the negotiation process to get you the best price for your ideal property.⠀

Kellie has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics and Finance), holds an associate membership of the Australian Property Institute (with Certified Practising Valuer status – AAPI), is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Real Estate Buyers Agents Association (REBAA) and Real Estate Institute of NSW. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.⠀
