As a Chartered Accountant, John understands that research, due diligence, and the numbers behind any property purchase decision are paramount.  However, as a long-term investor himself who has seen property cycles unfold, he recognises the successful property investing is both art and science.  This is where experience counts.  It is this analytical depth and rigor as well as his deep Sydney network, that is the real advantage of using Bridge to Bricks as your buyer’s agency.

In addition to running Bridge to Bricks, John is also co-host of the popular “Spark Your Fire” real estate and investing podcast, which helps sharpen John’s understanding of the macro environment and how it impacts property market.
