Lauren Moore Property is an independent Brisbane buyer’s agency specializing in research and evaluation, appraisal and contract negotiations, auction bidding, off-market sales and vendor advocacy.⠀
Lauren lives and breathes real estate and has been in the industry for more than 15 years.
Her mother owned a real estate agency in New Farm when she was a child and her sales career began at just 21 years-old for Ray White Paddington in Brisbane.
After completing her Real Estate Diploma, Lauren joined the Ray White head office to lead the Ray White Youth Program. Equipped with invaluable insight into the corporate arena, Lauren went on to be promoted to manager for The Ray White Centre of Excellence where she was in charge of setting up a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and educating staff on the legislative requirements of the industry.
After a move to Sydney, Lauren began working with HomeGuru, a division of industry stalwart realestate.com.au. Lauren was influential in introducing HomeGuru into the Australian marketplace and helping it grow into the popular market analysis tool it is today. A move to domain.com and Australian Property Monitors saw Lauren cement her growing knowledge of using property data to identify market trends and foster business growth.
She was then recruited into McGrath head office as their general manager of People and Performance in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. While her professional life went from strength-to-strength, Lauren spent her spare time building her own property portfolio in NSW and QLD.
She retains extensive real estate connections across Australia which gives her enviable access to information about properties that could change the lives of the buyers and investors who are her customers.
